Each of our items is meticulously handmade from natural materials, making them one-of-a-kind creations rather than factory-manufactured products.   We believe that the charm of handmade objects lies in each piece’s unique variances and imperfections. These can include hairline (non-structural) cracks, differences in color, and slight warping. Ceramic undergoes significant shrinkage during the drying and firing process. While we craft our products with the utmost care, some degree of warping is inevitable, especially in the case of larger pieces. Consequently, object dimensions should be considered approximate.

We are happy to give you as much information about the pieces you are interested in as possible and answer any questions. We encourage you to feel confident in your order before finalizing it.

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it to us within 14 days for a refund. Bananaceramics does not cover the shipping cost for returns. To be eligible for a refund, the items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them, and they must be shipped in the original packaging or equivalent, utilizing a track & trace service.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received the item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Our shipping company’s fee will be deducted from the refund.
