We offer free shipping on all our products. Our ceramics are made on demand, please allow 6-8 weeks for your items to be crafted, carefully packed and shipped. You will receive an email notification once your parcel departs from our warehouse. We dispatch parcels from Monday to Friday, with track&trace, and typically they arrive within 2 to 5 working days.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France (except French Polynesia), Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain (except Canary Islands and Gibraltar), Sweden.

Please note that we are unable to undervalue orders or designate them as gifts. We do not deliver to PO box addresses. Each order can only be shipped to a single address. If you require delivery to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each location. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy and validity of the delivery address provided to Bananaceramics.
